Here is the program of the 2nd international conference €CNSI - 2008, with all programs of its international symposia and Gala Concert:  We are pleased to inform you that from July 24th to 30th, 2008 in Baden-Baden, Germany The Conference will provide a forum for the presentation and discussion of short reports on current systems research in humanities, sciences and engineering. A number of specialized symposia is being organized to focus on research in computer science, synergetics, cognitive science, psychocybernetics, sociocybernetics, logic, philosophy, management, ecology, health care, education and other related areas.

Articles published in the pre-conference proceedings, were published in their original form, without prior reviews and proofreading. These articles will serve as work material for participants of particular symposia (Zadar 2007).Conference proceedings will be published after the Conference where all evaluated and categorized articles with positive international reviews will be published.
We would like to thank all participants and authors for their contribution at The 1st International Conference on Advances and Systems Research €CNSI-2007. We are looking forward to continuing our cooperation next year at The 2nd International Conference on Advances and Systems Research €CNSI-2008 (most probably held in Firenza, Italy). The International Institute for Advanced Studies in Systems Research and Cybernetics is pleased to announce InterSymp 2007 The 19th International Conference on Systems Research, Informatics and Cybernetics. We are pleased to inform you that the 19th International Conference on System Research, Informatics & Cybernetics will be held from July 30th to August 4th, 2007 in Baden-Baden, Germany. The Conference will provide a forum for the presentation and discussion of short reports on current systems research in humanities, sciences and engineering. A number of specialized symposia is being organized to focus on research in computer science, synergetics, cognitive science, psychocybernetics, sociocybernetics, logic, philosophy, management, ecology, health care, education and other related areas. Participants who wish to present a paper are requested to submit two copies of an Abstract (up to 200 words) as soon as possible, but not later than March 30, 2007. All submitted papers will be refereed. Those selected will be scheduled for presentation and published in Conference Proceedings. Notification of acceptance will be sent to authors by April 9, 2007. The full papers, not to exceed 5 single-spaced typed pages, should be submitted with photo-ready copies of artwork by May 9, 2007. The Abstracts, as well as the camera ready copies and the relevant discets of the paper should be submitted to:

The ECNSI's activities are: - Encouraging and developing advanced systems research and eductaion in informatics, cybernetics and science in general
- Organising workshops wit the aim to encourage and improve systems research and education in informatics and cybernetics . Publishing books and magazines related to its field of activity.
- Collaboration with other Croatian and international organisations and institutions in all of the mentioned activities, and especially on joint projects of gathering knowledge on social developments
- Collaboration with IIAS http://www.iias.edu/ (Institute of Information and Advanced Studies of Winsdor Canada) and conducting joint activities
